| The U.S. is not allowing Cuba to field a team for the inaugural World Baseball Classic in March. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=2259278 You know, that really grinds my gears. The cold war ends about 20 years ago and we still take our ball and go home when a harmless country like Cuba wants to play a game. What's the point of upholding this embargo? | |

| Does anybody know anything or have any experience with one of these? I'm in the market for a great car at a dirt cheap price. I've heard that seized property is where it's at. I'm wary of the related websites because they are usually scams asking you to pay a monthly fee to search their database. One site gave me a preview and there were 2002 Lexus GS400s going for $6500!!! I know they can't offer a warranty but DAMN! Is it too good to be true? I would appreciate any insight or information you can give me. I recently started an entry-level job and I don't have much scratch but I want an automobile. Thanks | |

Hey, remember this guy?  Just when I thought everyone had forgotten about him, he comes out with a new video message. He must have felt his infamy slipping away... Anyways, he offered a ""truce"" with the U.S.A. if we agree to pull out of Iraq and Afghanistan. This coming a few days after some top Al-queda officials were killed in Pakistan. Is he cracking? Is Bush actually accomplishing something here? Or is it a bunch of insincere and empty promises?
